General Enquiries
How can I get in touch with Bonzer Beds?
Please email support@bonzerbeds.co.uk or visit our Contact Us page to see all the different ways you can get in touch. Alternatively, you can use the live chat option when the icon shows on the bottom right of the screen.
What are your customer support hours?
Our customer services team are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. It may be possible to reach a live chat team member on the website outside of these hours and over the weekend.
How long can I expect for a response from customer support?
We aim to respond within 3 hours during office hours on working days. In some cases it may take us up to 72 hours to respond, e.g. busy periods, weekends and bank holidays.
Do you offer free delivery?
We certainly do. You can find more information about our delivery options on the Delivery and Assembly page.
Can I save items for later or create a wishlist?
Yes, we have a wishlist option on every product page. Simply click the heart icon and the product will be added to your wishlist. Please note you will need to create an account to save your wishlist.
Can I provide feedback or leave reviews on your website?
We encourage our customers to leave feedback and reviews, your opinions are valuable to us so we can continue to offer a great service. You can leave a review at the bottom of every product page, please note you will need to be logged in to do this as we only accept reviews from verified customers.
Can I request product customisation or special orders?
We are all about customising beds to your unique style and requirements. View our Optional Extras and choose from additional customisations such as different bed feet, reinforced bed frames and divan bases that can withstand more weight and higher bed frame / divan ottoman bases.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
We offer significant discounts for our bulk and wholesale customers. Please email us directly at info@bonzerbeds.co.uk and one of our agents will be in touch to discuss your needs.
Orders and Account
How do I place an order?
You can place an order with us online by adding products to your basket and using our secure checkout.
Where can I find my order details?
You can find information about your ongoing and previous orders in the My Account area.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Orders go straight to our workshop so we’re unable to guarantee order amendments or cancellations. If you have made a mistake with your order, such as the wrong size bed, or you would like to amend the delivery address, please get in touch by emailing us with your query and order number at support@bonzerbeds.co.uk or calling 07425 253725 and we’ll do our best to help.
How can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order by visiting the My Account area and clicking on the Orders tab.
Processing means your payment has been received and your order is being fulfilled.
Completed means your order has been fulfilled and dispatched for delivery.
Authentication required means we are awaiting your action to authenticate the transaction with your card issuer.
Failed means your payment failed or was declined. Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as Pending until verified.
Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by Bonzer Beds or yourself.
Refunded means your order has been refunded by Bonzer Beds and no further action is required.
When will I receive my order?
If you chose our standard delivery, your item(s) will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
If you chose express delivery, your item(s) will be delivered within 7 working days.
How do I update my address?
You can update your address by visiting the My Account area and clicking on the Address tab where you can update both your billing and delivery addresses.
How do I change my account information?
You can update your information by visiting the My Account area and clicking on the Account Details tab where you can update your name, phone number, email address and password.
How do I delete my account?
If you would like to delete your account please send an email to support@bonzerbeds.co.uk and we’ll get your account removed. Please note for legal purposes, we will need to keep a copy of any orders you have placed with us as well as any correspondence for up to 5 years from the date of the purchase record.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can use your card to pay for your purchase securely on our website through Stripe, who use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

Products and Care
Can I customise the bed I like?
Absolutely, customisation is at the heart of Bonzer Beds and we aim to provide you with beds to suit your style and requirements. We have a range of Divan bed frames and divan ottoman beds where you can customise everything including the size, fabric and colour, headboard height, ottoman options, beading and buttons. We also offer Optional Extras where you can choose from additional customisations such as different bed feet, reinforced bed frames and divan bases that can withstand more weight and higher bed frame / divan ottoman bases.
Where can I find product dimensions?
Product dimensions are specified on every product page beneath the photos and personalisation options.
What fabrics do you use?
We currently have a variety of fabrics on offer including Plush, Naples, Crushed Velvet and Chenille. If you would like us to use a specific fabric or colour that we do not have listed, please email us with your request and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements.
How should I care for my fabric bed?

Do you offer bed assembly?
Yes, please see our Delivery and Assembly page for more information.
Can you reinforce my bed?
Absolutely. Please see our Optional Extras where you can choose from additional customisations like reinforced bed frames and reinforced divan bases that can withstand more weight.
Can you make my bed higher?
Absolutely, please see our Optional Extras where you can choose to increase the Divan bed frame height or the divan ottoman height.
Delivery and Assembly
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery. Please see our Delivery and Assembly page for more information and delivery options including express and assembly.
Who will be delivering my item(s)?
We are currently outsourcing our delivery to a local company who have a great team of delivery drivers. It should be One man or Two man deliveries.
What areas do you deliver to?
We delivery to England, Wales, Central and Southern Scotland.
At this time we are unable to deliver to the following areas:
Scottish Highlands
Northern Ireland
Remote Islands
Do you offer international delivery?
At this time we are unable to offer international delivery.
Do you offer specific delivery dates?
Once your order has been received we will get in touch to arrange a delivery date with you.
We deliver 7 days a week so it’s possible we can arrange a delivery on a specified date though this may not always be possible.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
We will get in touch with you to arrange delivery of your furniture which will hopefully avoid any missed deliveries. If we have to rearrange delivery there is a £75 fee payable to the delivery driver when they arrive at your property.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order is still being processed and has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to change the delivery location – please note there may be an additional charge depending on the location and time frame. Please get in touch by email or call us on 07425 253725 to discuss changing delivery details.
Will my bed arrive flat packed?
Yes, all of our beds are flat packed and are supplied with an instructional booklet or you can opt for assembly when checking out. Read our Delivery and Assembly page for more information.
